Sem Venderbos · Founder
Sem Venderbos is an entrepreneur with experience across commercial business, fashion, sales, strategy and the creative industries.
He founded Venderbos Records in 2020 and still runs it as label manager and producer, with signed artists and releases across multiple platforms. Commercially, he was a buyer at Parfumerie Douglas Nederland, responsible for a portfolio of more than 15,000 products, advised luxury and fashion brands on customer experience for CXG, and coordinated social compliance and quality at WE Fashion.
Today he is completing an MSc in Business Administration (Strategy & AI) at the University of Amsterdam, where he is External Relationship Manager at the Amsterdam Investment Club.
Alongside work with other businesses, Sem develops a growing portfolio of independent ventures—bringing the same commercial discipline to ventures in music and fragrance.
