Venderbos Ventures is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) owned by Sem Venderbos, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42188185. We are the controller for the personal data described on this page.

For any privacy question or request, email info@venderbosventures.com.

When you contact us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company (if given), the type of enquiry and your message.

The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It prepares an email in your own email app, and we only receive your details once you send that email.

When you visit the site. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the site does not load fonts, scripts or embeds from third parties. Like any website, our hosting provider may briefly process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We only use your details to:

• reply to your enquiry and keep in touch about it;
• prepare and carry out any work we agree on together.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We never sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

If an enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact. If it does, we keep the related records for as long as Dutch law requires, which for business and tax administration is generally seven years.

We do not share your details with anyone else, except with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our email and hosting providers. They only process data on our behalf and under our instructions, or where the law requires us to share it.

Links on this site to LinkedIn and Spotify take you to services with their own privacy policies. Nothing is shared with them unless you follow a link.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Email info@venderbosventures.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We keep personal data to the minimum we need and protect the accounts and devices that hold it. If this statement changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
